About Our Church
What is Lighthouse Baptist Church?
It is a local, independent, fundamental, New Testament Baptist Church. A Church is not a building, or a hierarchy, but a local called out body of believers in Jesus Christ, assembled together. We assemble for praise, worship, teaching, inspiration, winning of the lost, and for food for the soul.
Why is the Lighthouse Baptist Church here?
Matt. 28:19-20 is the great commission to the church and plainly tells us its purpose.
“19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
We are here to tell the Gospel (good news); to instruct believers in obedience; to instruct and direct believers in service.
Why should you attend Lighthouse Baptist Church?
IF YOU ARE SAVED: To worship God to grow in strength and be better fit for service; to show others by the testimony of your support that you believe what we teach.
IF YOU ARE UNSAVED OR UNSURE: That you might hear the Good News; that you might find your need of Jesus Christ; that you might find purpose and direction for your life; that you might find your soul’s salvation.

For the past 20 years God has placed me under some of the greatest preachers ever to mentor me. I was able to attend several of Dr. Lee Robertson’s seminars at Landmark College in Haynes City, Florida. I was also blessed to attend three years of Bible college from Faith Bible Institute..
But…
the best of my learning came from Knee college and God’s word which was directed by the Holy Spirit.
I’m glad I’ve been to Calvary, washed in the Blood of Jesus, born again child of God, on my way to Heaven. It just can’t get any better than that in this old world.
If you don’t know Jesus Christ as your savior, friend, you are living beneath your privilege. You can know you are born again.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved, Romans 10:13.

ABC’S of Salvation
Admit that you are a sinner (For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Rom. 3:23)
Believe that Jesus can forgive you and save you from hell (For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Rom. 6:23)
Call upon His name in prayer (That is thou shalt confess the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Rom. 10:6, 10 & 13).
